FASHION: Shop For A Good Cause, Sandy Relief

It's been weeks since Hurricane Sandy hit, and yet, there are still New Yorkers suffering without food , shelter and clothing. When news broke about the impending hurricane, the Red Cross along with other goodwill and disaster relief organizations stepped up and helped the best they could. Through donations and evacuation help, New York is bouncing back rather quickly.

Because New York is the melting pot of so many cultures, people from all over the world flock here. There were so many people indirectly affected by the hurricane. So many people are currently worried about a relative who left there home town to get a bite of the Big Apple and didn't imagine anything this devastating could happen in NYC or the surrounding states. These folks indirectly affected are the ones who feel the worst about the situation because they are miles away, can't get in touch with their loved ones and feel like there's nothing they can do to help..but they can.

This week is considered "Cyber Week" where online shopping is promoted by ridiculous deals on anything from electronics to clothes, and for most, the best part about it is that, unlike Black Friday,  we aren't in fear of our lives and can visit multiple stores in a matter of minutes.
