So this track is over a week old, which in this new "blog" era is an eternity, so I guess you can say that I've been sleeping on this track.
Even though I complain that a lot of DC hip-hop (outside of the groundbreaking sounds of Wale and Tabi) sounds like it was produed in 1994, and this track is no exception. The collaboration between DC group The Paxtons and female upstart Ra the MC sounds like the early 90s hip-hop/R&B collabos from back in the day, and flips "My Boo" from the Ghost Town DJs (one of my favorite tracks evar), on tis laid back track that's perfect for the summer.
