EVENT PREVIEW: Edible Manhattan's "Outside the Shell"

We love any and all of Edible Manhattan's events (like as Good Spirits and Edible Escape!) and lucky for us, another one is coming your way. On October 14, they're headed to Pier A Harbor House to unveil the inaugural "Outside the Shell, featuring oysters from the East End of Long Island, paired with a number of libations to help you wash all those mollusks down.

Oyster slingers include Montauk Pearl Oysters, Blue Island Shellfish, Fishers Island Oyster Farm, Lucky 13 Oysters, Cornell Oysters, Oysterponds Shellfish Co., West Robins Oyster Company, Eastern Bays Oyster Company, Peconic Gold Oysters & The Walrus and the Carpenter’s Traveling Oyster Co. and L&W Oyster Co. Drinkwise, we've got Hiro Sake, Proud Pour, Flagship Brewery, Bacardi, Bombay Gin, Remy Cointreau, and New York Cider featuring Orchard Hill Cider Mill.
