Video: Pond - Annie Orangetree

So we've been really digging music from Western Australia's Tame Impala these days, so when I was told to peep out this 'super-group' called Pond, whose members actually included some the cats from Tame, I simply did not hesitate.

Pond is a pop jam band whose style is somewhat similar to that of Tame Impala's. Already two albums in and now gearing up to release their third titled Hole in the Sky (on September 6), their first single is called "Annie Orangetree" and it's been creating quite the buzz online for the past couple of months. They've recently released visuals for it and you can check it out below.

Although I prefer the music of Tame Impala, I'll be willing to give this a few more listens to see if it can grow on me.
