Photos: Stones Throw at Stussy DC

The dudes from Stussy rolled through DC last Thursday, and before their DJ tour at 9:30 club, the crew of rolled through DC's Stussy shop for a DJ session and meet and greet. The highlight of the night, however, goes to Dam Funk, who not only spun his original material, but sang over it as well. He made me a fan 5 times over. Even though the"listening party" crowd failed to acknowledge his presence, relegating his performance to mere background music at times, the dude did not care, sangin' his heart out without a care in the world.
Of course, towards the end, Dam won over the crowd and even got James Pants out on the newly created dance floor. Dope.
All in all, great night. Plenty of good people in the building as well.
