NEW MUSIC: THEESatisfaction

OKAY, I have a slight late pass on THEESatisfaction, but honestly I've known about them since they opened for Shabazz Palaces last year. My ears were buzzing then, and now I'm glad to see they're putting out their latest effort on the legendary Sub Pop label this month. The ladies from the Pacific Northwest bring in some rather amazing off-kilter amazing soul. Starting from dropping hand-made albums in 2008, their latest project marks a long progression in their unique sound. Check it.
