You know we've been fans of LA's Mateo mix of indie R&B and sould for a while, and although it's been a hot minute since he's dropped some recorded material, we're glad to see his rendition of the hit Empire State of Mind come our way. He strips out the booming productions and vocals for this soft acoustic vibe....and it works. Check it.
