Let's face it, the worlds of hip-hop and dance are set to collide. First Puffy drops an electro mixtape, now Jay-Z gets on a pseudo techno beat? The boom-bap generation is going nuts right now.
Ghetto Techno is unfortunately not going to be on the Blueprint III album, but on The Layout Mixtape. For shame, because this is one of the more interesting songs that I've heard from Jay in a while.
