The Adult Swim Singles Program has dropped their latest (and free) MP3 of the week. This installment comes from LA's Active Child (aka Pat Grossi); a singer/songwriter who has been on radars for a little over a year now due to his unique style of R&B/80's (and sometimes hip hop) influenced style of music.

"Hanging On" is a harp assisted track (which he plays brilliantly) laced with intriguing falsetto's and ghostly beats - that kind of reminds me of a dreamier version of something The Weeknd would do...? This is actually the second impressive single from Active Child's debut album You Are All I See set to drop next month. His first, "Playing House" features Brooklyn’s on-the-low-fi R&B illusionist How To Dress Well - another track that is definitely worth checking out.
