MUSIC: Mizan - No Fool

After blessing the inter webs with her talented piano and singing skills exemplified in her excellent cover of Aphex Twin "Avril 14th (Kanye West's "Blame Game" to you hip-hoppers), Mizan is finally ready to unleash her new EP "Dark Blue".

Here's the first single and clip from that EP, "No Fool". Purposely low budget, they shot it on 16mm to give the video a classic feel. Which was overkill, since the song already feels damn classic... its smokey, sultry it's just wondrously pretty. Ease back and just let her voice and her playing flow over you. If the EP sounds anything like this we are amped for its release. Those who are currently undergoing heartbreak, id recommend staying away from this one lest you find yourself in one of those funks where you're playing that same song on repeat eating Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream. Or is that just me.
