MUSIC: J Scienide feat. Kev Brown - Ghetto

J Scienide has dropped a new video for his song, Ghetto featuring Kev Brown. It’s a nice mid tempo head nodding banger held down by a soulful loop and bars on top of bars. “Trying to live right, but the atmosphere right” sums up most of what’s happening as Scienide and Brown trade extremely dope verses in a visual that harkens back to pre-gentrified Brooklyn. There’s something timeless about a dope beat, dope rhymes and even though the images hint at something not to sweet (the song is called Ghetto after all) it reminds us all of a simpler, if not a better time than the dark ones today.
