I almost feel bad for Mr. Hudson.

The UK singer was destined for pop success by aligning himself with Kanye's G.O.O.D. music, however his debut album (without The Library) stalled in his native country and never got a proper release in The States.

Although his only claim to fame was singing hooks for Jay-Z, the dude is a rather talented musician. His previous album, A Tale of Two Cities wove English indie rock with island elements, much like earlier bands like The Specials or The English Beat did back in the day. While his latest album tended to be more pop-oriented (with it's liberal use of auto-tune and obvious Kanye influence) it did show Hudson's versatility. It seems like he's comfortable in multiple settings whether it be indie or hip-hop.

So I'm not surprised that this dubstep track featuring Hudson has surfaced. Even though the underground genre has had its hits and misses while trying to move into the mainstream, Hudson feels at home on this track.

The tune is off of Kanye's G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape which drops sometime this month.
