CONTEST: Nas and Ms. Lauryn Hill: The Life is Good/Black Rage Tour
When we heard that two of Hip-Hop’s lyrical luminaries, Nas and Ms. Lauryn Hill, announced that they were hitting the road together for their Life Is Good/Black Rage tour, we said, well it’s about time.
As you might know “Life Is Good” is the name of Nas’ latest album, and “Black Rage” is the title of Hill’s upcoming single, dropping this fall. The single addresses the “derivative effects of racial inequity and abuse” basically it’s a juxtaposition to “life is good.”
After their performance at this year’s Rock The Bells, I’ll say that this match up just might be well worth the wait. And to quote the Illmatic one, “Better late than never. Life is good!”
