CONCERT NEWS: The 9:30 Club & Howard Theatre offer Federal Employees great deals on concert tickets

While we are in the muck of furloughs and shutdowns, The 9:30 Club and The Howard Theatre are offering great deals to a few awesome shows.

The 9:30 Club has rolled out the "Affordable Ticket Act" all you have to do is purchase one or two tickets (Buy one ticket, get one free; buy two tickets, get two free) before midnight using the promo code 930ATA. You'll   The free tickets will be held at will call on the night of the show --easy right? We think so.

Now over at the Howard Theatre they are offering free entry to a select number of shows and a discounted ticket price to another. Federally-employed music fans MUST come to The Howard Theatre box office with a valid federal government ID to gain entry to the shows listed.  Attendees can only receive one ticket per ID and entry is based on availability. There will be no refunds on already purchase tickets.
