FOOD: Minca [NYC]

I was walking down 5th (between A and B) the other day and came across Minca.  I had heard amazing things from my friends and roommates and was reminded that I had to try it.
Ramen isn't something that I really think about.  I will be in the mood for pizza or sushi or dumplings, but I never really think of ramen.  But after having Minca it will definitely be more on my mind.
I love everything salty.  If someone were to put something sweet and salty in front of me I will always always always go for the salty.  So the ramen at Minca really hit the spot.
The space is really small but totally worth the wait.  I haven't been to Ippudo, which I guess I should try to compare, but I was really pleased with Minca and it's incredibly convenient for me being only two blocks away.
A great place if you want to try something other than Ippudo.  And as per usual in the East Village, it's cash only.
