Forrest Point has been on my list for quite some time and I recently had the pleasure of finally making the trek to Bushwick and checking it out.  This place was pretty much my ideal dining situation: awesome atmosphere with plenty of outdoor seating, diverse but not too crazy menu with lots of solid options, inexpensive, and cool wait staff.  Everything just came together here.
The brunch menu is pretty standard: entrée, coffee/tea, and a brunch cocktail (mimosa or Bloody Mary) for $20.  I went with the smoked salmon benedict, coffee, and Blood Mary and was not disappointed or hungry after.  The plate was huge!  The cocktail was perfect—not too spicy not too pulpy.  Honestly, I had such a great time here I can’t wait to come back.  I’d love to come for dinner when the sun’s about to go down.  The vibe was so chill and it wasn’t crowded at all at noon on a Saturday.  Forrest Point is definitely worth the trip, which isn’t even all that bad.  And it’s down the street from Roberta’s and Momo Sushi Shack if you want to get really crazy.
