EVENT PREVIEW: Le Fooding Beach Club Presents: Sanpellegrino Fruitstock at the Rockaways

Guess who's back - Le Grand Fooding! Taking place on Rockaway Beach 97, the highly anticipated annual event, in partnership with Sanpellegrino, will span the weekend of Friday, July 11, to Sunday, July 13, and will be boasting the best food, music, and artwork there is to offer

Every day at noon, Le Fooding will gather its favorite chefs for a beach picnic on the boardwalk involving a three-dish menu, with Andrew Field (of Rockaway Taco) dishing out Cornmeal Crostini Sopes, and Momofuku Milk Bar's Christina Tosi creating the event's official dessert - grapefruit popsicles and cereal milk pudding popsicles. For the third dish, expect a different chef every day - Ivan Orkin (Ivan Ramen) will be contributing Summer Chilled Lemon Shio Dashi Ramen; Ludo Lefebvre (Trois Mec) will be serving up Grilled Veal Breast, Crispy Artichoke, Parmesan Cream, and Dried Bonito; and Enrique Olvera (Cosme) will be on hand with Red Chilaquiles and Burrata.

As for the music, the New York Brass Band will be at Le Fooding each day, and additionally, a different DJ will be playing every day - Cibo Matto (Friday), Jona Bechtolt and Claire L. Evans (Saturday), and Nancy Whang (Sunday) will providing the perfect pairing of tunes for your food.

10% of the proceeds will be donated to Graybeards, a Rockaway-based charity involved in the Hurricane Sandy reconstruction effort.
