EVENT PREVIEW: Edible Brooklyn's Oktoberfest 2014 at Brooklyn Brewery

What better way to kick off the beginning of Fall than by celebrating Oktoberfest? Edible Brooklyn is hosting their very own celebration at Brooklyn Brewery on Wednesday, October 1st, with a night filled with free-flowing taps, as well as a big fat German-style feast. Prepared by Backyard Cooking Company and Peck's with Whole Foods Market (as well as Brooklyn Brewery Beer, of course!) here's what's on the menu: bowls of pickles and potato salad, pumpernickel, pretzel bread with mustard, sauteed greens, platters of sauerkraut, bratwurst, roasted pork belly, and topped off with apple cider donuts from Whole Foods.
