Mick Boogie + Adele… 1988

Mick Boogie has been going insane with his mashups lately, and his latest one might be the weirdest yet. Would would think to combine UK blue-eyed soul singer Adele with 1988 hip-hop? I was very skeptical when I first heard about this project, but Mick and crew pull it off successfully.

This is probably the 1 millionth mixtape with Jay-Z vs __________ (insert Beatles, Marvin Gaye, etc), but these don’t get old in my opinion.

So far it ranks in my top 5 of Jay-Z remix albums right now, mainly cause I’ve been digging both artists since their first albums. Jay-Z and Coldplay approve, and surprisingly, their lawyers do too cause no cease and desist orders have been handed out yet.
