Beat Society [Est. 2001] was born in Philly as the original producer showcase highlighting up-and-coming and established beatsmiths. Award-winning Beat Society veterans include Kanye West, Just Blaze and 9th Wonder. This round-robin style performance sees 4-5 producers playing their best head-nod tracks to rock the crowd. The event also features guest performances between rounds and a “flip this sample” segment where the producers chop and interpret the same sample.
