Many allergists are predicting that this spring may be the worst ever. Feeling a little bitter over continued suffering after a lengthy winter, I attempted to recreate the epic “No Kiss Goodnight” cocktail I had a few months ago at Room 11. After waiting the proper time for my coffee pecan bitters to age, I was very pleased with the final product. Check the remixed recipe below.
2 oz of rye whiskey
1 oz of aperol
1 oz of amaro
1/4 oz of green chartreuse
2 dashes of coffee pecan bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the drink is well chilled. May serve up or on the rocks.
