On Wednesday, March 11th, Chefs Erik Bruner-Yang of Toki Underground/Maketto, Aaron Silverman of Rose’s Luxury, and John Copeland of Ghibellina are mashing it up for the Third Annual Bel’le Dinner in memory of Chef Thang Le. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA). The four course meal costs $50 per person and an optional beverage pairing will be offered to guests.
