Fall is an amazing time for beer–spiced pumpkin ales, German style Ocktoberfest–there are countless reasons to toast to the season. This Saturday, Village Voice is giving us one more. For the fourth year in a row, the popular Brooklyn Pour Craft Beer Festival returns to Fort Greene to serve over 1,000 attendees more than 100 different kinds of craft beer. This year brings a new twist as Brooklyn Pour has partnered up with Dave and Buster’s to host the BKPour Game Area, featuring foosball, beer pong, basketball, and more! And if that doesn’t have you feeling thirsty yet, take a look at some of the breweries you can expect to see there:
Shipyard Brewing Company / Magic Hat Brewing Company / Dogfish Head Craft Brewery / Brooklyn Brewery / Harpoon Brewery / Saranac Brewery / 508 Gastrobrewery / Crabbie’s Ginger Beer / Brewery Ommegang / Goose Island Beer Company / Ithaca Beer Co. / Lagunitas Brewing Co. / Shiner Beer / Bronx Brewery / Boulder Beer Company
And many, many more! Check out a complete list here. A general admission ticket gets you three hours of unlimited tastings (from 3 to 6 p.m.) and a complimentary souvenir tasting glass. Dropping a few extra bucks will get you an early entry ticket, which allows you access at 2:30 p.m. Dropping a few more bucks on top of that will score you a VIP ticket that gets you in the doors at 2 p.m. and includes unlimited tastings with your souvenir glass, complimentary snacks, access to the VIP mezzanine level and a VIP gift bag.
