Remember when I could work out in the morning despite having a throbbing hangover. I remember not having to snooze the alarm 30 times before finally getting out of bed to go to the gym. But as we get older, more responsibilities kick in, bills, work, family…now working out unfortunately had to take a backseat. Now working out seems more like a chore that we just have to get done.
Sonny, however, shows us that no matter what age, working out is important for our well-being and piece of mind. And it CAN be done. Just look at this guy..he looks better than 99% of 28 year olders!
