‘Tis the season for… consuming tons of meat! Get out of the cold and warm up at the biggest brisket event of the year: Brisket King NYC.

Satisfy your carnivorous cravings with three whole hours of brisket, which you can wash down with beer, wine and spirits, provided by Tito’s Vodka, Oskar Blues, Smuttynose, and Lagunitas, with additional spirits curated by Modern Distillery Age.

Brisketeers in attendance will include: Beast of Bourbon / Jessica Wilson of Dear Bushwick with Adirondack Grazers / John Zervoulakis of Astoria Ale House / Fletcher’s Brooklyn Barbecue / East Village Meat Market with Jimmy’s No. 43 / John Brown Smokehouse / Mable’s / Morgan’s BBQ / Hill Country BBQ / Hudson Valley Harvest / Duck’s Eatery / Dinosaur BBQ / Simon Glenn of Tchoup Shop / Clay Gordon / Paul Denamiel of Le Rivage / Emma Feigenbaum / Joe and Mrs. Doe / Chef Jesse Jones / Muckbar’s Chef Esther Choi / Georgia’s East Side BBQ / Marietta (with Smoke Joynt) / Brian Perrone of Slows (Detroit) / The Wandering Que’s Ari White / Kutshers Tribeca / and 2013 winner Dan Delaney of BrisketTown will be mingling throughout the crowd!

The lineup of judges is all-star as well, including: Peter Kaminsky (Bacon Nation), Stevie Pierson (The Brisket Book), The Mighty Quinn, Annie Hauck-Lawson (Gastropolis), Jacob Schiffman of The Food Network, and Rozanne Gold,  James Beard Award-winning chef.
