It's almost here, NYC - the Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ Festival is coming this Saturday, January 25. If you like any of these things (and you'd be crazy not to like them all) then you should already be going. Here's why!

Set at the The Tunnel in Chelsea, guests will enjoy an event chock-full of food and drink, with a tasting selection of barbecue, as well as unlimited beer and bourbon. Participants include: Brother Jimmy's BBQ, Mexicue, Tres Carnes, La Rioja, Baconery, reBar, Jeepney, Fletcher's, and more.

The event is divided into two sessions - The Bacon Bash Tasting Session (featuring an additional 10+ tasting stations featuring gourmet bacon, as well as a bacon eating contest) and The Whole Hog Pig Pickin' Session (which includes a total of four whole hogs served off the bone). Extreme meat lovers are able to attend The Grand Poobah Session, which is both sessions combined, meaning that these people are planning on consuming beer, bourbon, bacon, and BBQ for 9.5 hours, and that's awesome.

Both sessions include a souvenir glass for tastings, food tastings that include pulled pork BBQ, brisket, collard greens, baked beans, and more, as well as seminars conducted by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters, as well as live bluegrass and the opportunity to browse various brewing and BBQ accessories.

Unfortunately, the event is sold out - but we'll be there to cover all the beer-y, bourbon-y, and BBQ-y goings on this Saturday, just for you. So that you don't miss out on next year's meatstravaganza, you can sign up for the Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ newsletter.
