It may feel that MadLib hasn’t had a new project in a long time, but the reality is that we got so used to him releasing so many quality projects every other day that when he slows down to mortal speed something seems wrong.
The dope beat factory that is MadLib has been picking up steam as of late, and his collaborative album with Freddie Gibbs Piñata, will be released later in the year. Along with the free digital single, which is available for download from Adult Swims Summer single series, Madlib’s own Madlib Invazion label will release the track on 7″ vinyl in an edition of 500.
