Well, they did it again – another killer menu created by Brown Butter NY, this time for our July installation of The Couch Sessions’ Stay Gold BK Summer Sessions. After throwing some Newcastle Brown Ale at Brown Butter NY last month, we handed them some Vita Coco this time around – and Chef Marq came up with a creative menu utilizing the drink, while still adding his own personal touches that had everyone lining up for some grub. Vita Coco was flowing freely throughout The Paper Box the entire night, and between that, the music, and the crowd, everyone had a great time.
