“Adele, watch your back” a warning published last week by Rolling Stone cautions the award-winning reigning starlet to beware of the other UK soul sensation – Alice Russell, this comes on the eve of Alice’s US tour, which kicks off this week along with the release of her 5th album To Dust.
The ?uestlove, David Byrne, Massive Attack, Giles Peterson favorite arrives on US soil May 1st and will make her US TV debut that evening on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Alice will be performing in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Washington and New York. You can also catch Alice on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic, at Amoeba records in LA for an instore, performing on Seattle’s KEXP, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert and WNYC’s Soundcheck.
