Some gifts come after Christmas, that was the case with the surprise Jane’s Addiction performance at the 9:30 Club.  What else could you ask for? A great band in an intimate club setting…and Dave Navarro (oh, oops that was what I wanted, haha) Opening for JA was TAB the Band,  a solid band who’s style is kinda reminiscent of Allman Brothers and Lynard Skynyrd.  From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed their set, which is something that rarely happens with me.

The sold out show was filled with an eclectic mix of people; the drunk double fisting frat boy—who decided that it was a great idea to start moshing…with drinks in his hand, the tattooed crew,  the groupies from yesteryear and a few cool guys and girls.  Now, I don’t have to trek to Lollapalooza to catch their show..but I’m going to anyway.  If Jane’s Addiction happens to “surprise” a club in your area buy those tickets ASAP!!! So, worth the money.
