So after a bevy of rather skillful tweets by the one Questlove yesterday, the full lineup for The Roots Picnic was released today. Moving away from it’s more hip-hop roots, the picnic seems way more eclectic this time around, with the addition of such artists as Grimes, Gary Clark Jr, Gaslamp Killer, Trinidad James and more. It’s not a bad lineup at all and a natural progression in the movement of the festival.
It all goes down Saturday, June 1st 2013.
