NEW MUSIC: Adventure Club - Need Your Heart ft. Kai (Minnesota Remix)

While Minnesota's calling card is usually production that can be consistently relied on to get any party started, the Colorado-based DJ hooks up with Montreal-based production duo Adventure Club for a blissed-out remix on the cut. Minnesota scoops out the glitchiness and makes the track sexier and fuller, showcasing the artist's ear for delicate samples and bursts of bright synths that make the beat his own. This remix takes you on a journey through an ethereal soundspace, punctuated by singer Kai's silky voice and an intoxicatingly ambient melody.

Currently on his "Altered States" tour traversing the nation with hip-hop duo Zion I, Minnesota has a new EP titled Altered States dropping November 23rd. If this track is evidence for what to expect on his upcoming release, we can prepare ourselves for a full-on dance party - in outer space.
