I'm loving my Soundcloud drop box these days. It's like a atomic bomb of good music. Someone who I have been following on the SC for a minute it Atlanta-based beatmaker ETHEREAL. It seems like this dude bends eletronic sympths to create an atmosphere that I have never heard before. Take this rework of Little Dragon's "Stormy Weather." Yukimi's vocals are chopped and screwed, while light house-influenced synths complement the entire piece. Bringing in house, drum and bass, and chillwave, the result comes off like some futuristic lounge music. Check it.
