#SXSWCircus Showcase Artist: Miguel

Miguel Miguel…he’s so nice I had to say it twice.  When I first heard Miguel I was instantly drawn to his sweet falsetto, his sultry lyrics and I mean C’mon, he’s not bad on the eyes either.  What I find entertaining about Miguel is his avant garde style of blending  of genres ;  electronic, funk, a touch of rock, and a lot of soul.   From his own tracks “Girls Like You”, “Sure Thing” to bringing his own signature sound to Wale’s wildly popular “Lotus Flower Bomb”,  Miguel recently released  Art Dealer Chic, Vol 1 –an EP that leaves you wanting more.  But it’s Miguel’s live performances is where he shows and proves why he deserves ALL of your attention.
