Just like The Weeknd and The Bullitts, it seems that being mysterious is the best way to get noticed these days. Los Angeles band The Neighbourhood is going that route and it’s safe to say that I’m falling for it again. Not a bad strategy.
But like those aforementioned acts, the music is rather good. The track “Female Robbery,” is a delectable blend of dark pop. It’s accessible, yet it’s edge is very appealing to my ears. So let’s listen in now before blogs and the mainstream press trip over themselves to cover this band. Check it.
