Let’s be honest, there is nothing new here.
Producer Krystal Klear basically takes the same template that made Video Soul famous in the 80s. Take some synths, some 1 2 claps, and some reverbs and you are teleported straight to the 80s.
Having that said, this is an era of R&B that needs to be rediscovered, and Im’ glad that Krystal Klear and vocalist Olivier DaySoul (one of the more slept on crooners in the game) are opening up ears to the music we grew up on. The production is solid on this, and vocally Daysoul kills it as usual. This is a must add to your collection. Check it. (via SoulBounce)
