Will Eastman. The President (as my homie Marcus would say). This man RUNS DC (okay, at least the other half not run by Obama). But seriously, my man Will has been on his grind as a DJ, party promoter, and now club owner. Will just dropped his latest EP Feelin’ on Plant Music as well as remixes by fellow DC mainstays Tittsworth, Nadastrom, and Dmerit.

Will is also the leader of the Blisspop party, which takes place every last Saturday of the month at the Black Cat Backstage.

Will flips the list this time around, giving us his Top 5 electro producers of 2009. STEP YO ELECTRO GAME UP!!
