DOWNLOAD: Res – Black Girls Rock

I’m slightly late on this release, but I wanted to drop this to get everybody in the mood for Res’ show this Thursday in DC. Black Girls Rock marks some of the first new solo official material from the NY R&B singer in a hot minute and is a solid project. It carries Res’ signature sound of R&B, pop, and rock, and she describes it as “more of a singer/songwriters album” than her last album, How I Do.

Speaking of that, If you haven’t checked Res’ classic album How I Do, I suggest you cop it. It’s seriously one of the best albums of this decade.

Also, check the eBook which comes with the project. Amazing.
