Video: N.A.S.A. feat. Barbie Hatch, RZA, John Frusciante – Way Down

I still haven’t gotten around that N.A.S.A. (North America, South America) album, mainly because I wasn’t feelin’ the first few tracks I heard from it. It seemed like a convoluted attempt to throw as many big names in the studio as possible to get ‘net cred. However, this single, Way Down has caught my attention. The combination of California-based newcomer Barbie Hatch with the RZA on a trip-hop backed track just works. The artwork in the video is by Sage Vaughn. (via 15 Minutes to Live)

N.A.S.A. will be at the Rock and Roll Hotel in DC on Saturday, March 14 and has dates scheduled at SXSW as well.
