Europe's Version of Breakdancing?

I mentioned Le Parkour back in November. I stared following it two years before that. It's an amazing sport/art form.

But it seems that the whole thing is becoming as trendy as breakdancing did circa 1984. It's being used in all kinds of commercials as well as being flashed ALL OVER YouTube.com Just type in Parkour in their search engine.

So is this Europe's own version of breakdancing? It definitely seems to have a bandwagon following. How long it will last is really up in the air right now, as some feel it has already started to lose it's excitement.
