   Ah, wasn't Maxwell linked up to a couple of white (European) fashion models? But Maxwell being gay shouldn't affect his appeal with the ladies. Max has an awesome voice and a good ear for sound. He could be the biggest flaming gay singer on the planet, as long as Maxwell croons such lovely balllads like “A Woman's Work” it won't really matter.

   D'Angelo is fat not gay.

   Glenn is a Canuck who recently almost went to jail for attempted manslaughter in Canada. I don't know any gay dudes who are gully like that.

   Kanye is not gay. I know a woman who went to one of his concerts and was proposition by 'Ye. Long story short: 'Ye wanted to girl to suck his pole, she said “No” and 'Ye went “Next!”

The fact is we were all created, by God and made for the same perpous. “The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,” is about “Sprititualilty,” not the “flesh.” Who singer: Maxwell is attracted to sexually isn't anybody's buiseness but his own.     Please people, before you go quoting what God does and doesnt do, pick up a bible and read it. How do I know you havent read it? Because the bible states how God feels about homosexuality. He loves the person, but doesnt like their homosexual lifestyle. 1 Corinthians 6, Verses 9-11. God did not create homosexuality.

    In regard to that ill informed and uneducated response, homosexuality HAS been found in the animal kingdom. I’m not surprised you haven’t heard of it, from your reply I’d imagine you don’t read much. Research it for yourself. A gay person can’t change the fact that they are attracted to the same sex just as a heterosexual cannot be attracted to the same.

    Where are these “gay overtones” in his music? Rumors have implied that for a while. I hope a “sister” didn’t start the rumor because she was hatin’ on him for dating white women. He also tends to wear make-up when I wish he wouldn’t but that’s his preference and i hate when people say “it’s not important whether he/she is homosexual or not.” Maybe that person doesn’t think gay is “okay.” Especially if it is not true. I think it IS important to get your facts straight. Saying “who cares if he’s gay” only gives the rumor (LIE in this case) open air to flourish. You should care what the truth is and what the lie is or people will think it’s okay to lie about people with no consequences anytime they have a “feeling”, opinion or assume.

    The rumors about the “gay friendly lyrics” or “homosexual overtones” have been out there forever. It is total BS.

    Maxwell never had any trouble with his label; the only person that was holding up Maxwell’s music was Maxwell. Internet babies get a life, just because you read it on the Internet or repeat it on the Internet does not make it so.

    Why people feel the need to speculate about or comment on another person’s sexual orientation is completely beyond me considering the fact it doesn’t affect their lives in the least. Maxwell ain’t ever gonna be your boyfriend or your husband, he ain’t gonna steal your wife or your girlfriend so STOP hatin’.

    However, he is a wonderful artist who has created some of the best Neo-Soul and R&B of any generation and hopefully will continue to do so.
